New support system

Great news! We've got a new support system to be able to guide and help our customers even better. This platform contains a knowledge base where you can find a lot of information yourself, a modern ticketing system and a smooth follow-up.


That means the following for you as our client;


- You can read manuals, release communication and status/history of your tickets on servicedesk.suivo.com.


- You can read a part of the knowledge base without logging in, but to see your tickets you can easily create an account following these steps:


Step 1: Send an e-mail to support@suivo.com to create a new ticket. Your account is automatically made.


Step 2: You'll receive an e-mail with a link to set your password. (This should arrive within 60 min.) 

Step 3: Click on the link and choose a password. With your e-mail and chosen password you can log in on the client portal servicedesk.suivo.com now.

Step 4: Follow your tickets through either the client portal or by responding the e-mails.
