Approver gets an email when a reservation is booked but it is possible to set


  • how often the emails are sent
  • to whom the emails may be sent.


Only approver can set these settings. 


Step 1.

Go to "Fleet/Reservations".

 


Step 2.

Click "Settings".


Step 3.

Check the desired option:

  • Choose the first option if you want to receive email with pickup and return overview
  • Choose the second option if you want to receive email with open reservation requests.

With the second option, you can also choose if you want to receive the emails once a day or if you want to receive them as soon as a reservation is requested. 


Enter the email addresses that will receive the emails. 

Click "Save".


The emails come into mailbox from events-acc@suivo.com.
