Step 1.

Send a copy of the company card (or company cards) used for the tachograph to:

Belgium

Please give your shipment a clear reference: "CUSTOMER NAME" - Tacho Cloud Company Card

This way it is clear to our people in the Suivo R&D Lab what this shipment is about.

In Belgium, you can request a copy of your company card via the following website:

In the Netherlands, you can request a copy of your company card via the following website: 

https://www.kiwaregister.com/nl/land/smart-tachograaf/bedrijfskaart

Step 2.

Send an e-mail to support@suivo.com to confirm the shipment of the card(s). 

Please also include the above reference ("CUSTOMER NAME" - Tacho Cloud Company Card).

If you currently use a partner solution for analysing DDD files (e.g. Orditool/Orditach ), please let us know so we can advise and guide you in communication with the partner.
