Follow these steps to create a new asset status in Suivo:


Steps to Add an Asset Status:

  1. Go to Admin -> Account.
  2. In the left column, select "Asset Statuses".
  3. If existing asset statuses have already been created, they will be displayed in the overview.
  4. Click "Add New Status".


Configuring the New Asset Status

A pop-up window will appear where you can define and customize the new asset status:

  • Label: Assign a name to the asset status (e.g., "In Service").
  • Color: Select a symbol and choose a color for visual representation in the Suivo platform/app.
  • Icon (Optional): You can add an icon to further distinguish the asset status.
  • From... To...: You can set a temporary status by defining a valid time period.
  • Locked: If the slider is enabled, the status cannot be changed.
  • Default Status: If the slider is enabled, all new assets will be assigned this status by default.
