Identifications of a person are displayed in an interactive view.
Employees can register in the car, via the app or through a time clock by using a badge.
Reasons for an employee to register are;
- Registration of a driver
- Registration of working hours
- Registration of working hours and mobility
- ...
All badge events of an employee throughout the day are displayed in the Suivo Web App.
Viewing identifications
- Go to "Analytics" -> "Person"
- By default, a daily overview of the current day is displayed, showing the badge events of the selected person.
States
These states are visible in the Time App.
The configuration of the states is via "Admin" -> "Account" -> "Config. Time registration"
Project Codes via Time App:
- Click the arrow next to the status to view details.
Visual Representation of Identifications:
- Identifications are displayed in a chart, where the bottom line represents the vehicle's movements.
- Identifications are also visualized in list format and on a map.
- To see more details on the map, select the map icon with a magnifying glass next to the status.
- The Mobility status will then be displayed on the map.
