User can reserve one of more assets through the reservation module in Suivo Web.
Through the back office of Suivo, 2 possible configurations are possible:
- Reservation without approval
- Reservation with approval by responsible person (multiple persons possible)
This is the basic Reservation Module flow :
The applicant always as a global overview of his reservation via:
- Dashboard
- Calendar
- Reservations
- Archive
The approver has a global overview of his personal reservations and requested reservations via:
- Dashboard
- Calendar
- Reservations
- Archive
Reservations can be requested in 2 ways:
- via "Calendar"
- via "Reservations"
